The All-Star game will take place on November 2, 2008.

Player selection process:

· All-Star nominations come from the opposing team captain. For example, in the Red/Green game, the Red captain nominates players from the Green team.

· Each Captain was tasked with selecting 2 male, and 1 female player.

· Ultimately, the nomination and the reasons for the nomination come solely from the Captain. However, all Captains have been urged to base their decision on effort, spirit, and skill- weighing all three factors equally.

· Each All-Star Team will consist of 12 players (8 men, 4 women) plus 1 Captain.

· The All-Star teams will be announced on Tuesday, October 28 via email.

All-Star Captain selection process:

· All-Star Captain selections will be based on the evaluation of their respective teams.

· The two Captains with the best score will be selected to lead the two All-Star Teams.

· Areas that Captains will be evaluated on:

o Communication

o Spirit

o Leadership

o Whether or not you would like to play with your captain again.

· Non-responses to the survey will also be factored in and will have a negative impact on your Captain’s evaluation.

· The Survey will close at 11:59pm on Sunday, October 26, 2008
